Duly Noted for schools, associations and other groups

The pupil who arrives at the lesson having practised the right way. The altos who know their part before the first rehearsal. The folk group where everyone has heard the tune before it has to sit. With a licence for the group, everyone gets Duly Noted: the sheet music you already play is read and played back, and each person practises at home at their own pace.

How it works

  1. Apply. The name of the organisation, roughly how many you are and who will manage the licence. You hear from us within two working days.
  2. Invite with a QR code. Show the code in class or at rehearsal. Everyone signs in with their own e-mail and is in within a minute – no passwords, no lists to send in.
  3. Everyone practises. Add the sheet music, press play, slow it down, loop the hard bit and mute the parts you don't need to hear.

For whoever leads the group

For everyone in the group

Duly Noted reads the sheet music – a PDF, a phone photo or a MusicXML file – and plays it in the browser, on computers, tablets and phones. Perfect for practice: pause, set a loop, slow it down and separate the parts. Repeats, endings and D.S. al Coda are played in the right order. Read more about how you hear what the sheet music sounds like.

For whoever pays

Price

The price depends on how many you are and what kind of organisation you are. Send an application – it commits you to nothing – and you get a proposal within two working days. The licence runs one school year at a time, and you pay by invoice.

Questions

How are we invoiced?

Express it Vendelsö AB, the company behind Duly Noted, sends one invoice per school year in advance. Public bodies get an e-invoice via Peppol; associations can have a PDF invoice by e-mail. Put your reference or cost centre in the application and it goes on the invoice.

Do you have a data processing agreement?

Yes. When the licence covers your organisation's pupils or members, you are the controller and we are your processor. You get the agreement together with the quote, with a list of the sub-processors we use.

Where is the data stored?

The library with the sheet music is on a server in the EU (the Netherlands), with the backup in Sweden. We use no analytics or advertising trackers and never sell data. The details are in the Privacy Policy.

Can the manager see everyone else's pieces?

No. Everyone has their own library. The licence manager sees who has joined and when they were last active – never their pieces.

What happens at the end of the school year?

The licence is valid until the date on it. Everyone keeps their sign-in and their pieces, with their corrections, after it has ended, so nobody has to start over. When you extend it, everything opens again at once and you get a new invoice. Without a licence the pieces are locked, and anyone who wants to carry on by themselves can do so with their own piece pack or subscription.

Can we try it first?

Yes. Say so in the message in the application and we will find a way that suits you.
